ReplyDeleteThis would have to be THE most amazingly wrapped gift I have EVER seen.
Lucky you - I love it when people take the time to wrap a gift beautifully and add a thoughtful card. These are gifts in and of themselves and it's often difficult unwrapping.
I'm so glad you took a photo and shared it all with us, you've ensure that this gift is treasured forever.
xx Felicity

ReplyDeleteWhat the heck?! Who is this man?! I mean really! Vintage post cards AND sparkly love bird brooches? I think we should vote him in as an honorary woman! Bravo Cleggy!
ReplyDeleteMy hubby is quite the wrapper too - he does the corners with utmost care and symmetry- but Cleggy takes the cake on this one.
I hate to sound sexist, but a man wrapping something that beautifully - what a gem.

P.S. I still can't wait to see what was within these delights!!
Please tell me that he raided your stash for the wrapping components - he truly cant be so wonderful to have wrapped that well and sourced all his own papers, ribbons, cards etc. I really want to write 'do his trumps smell of roses too' but that's rude! Oh I typed it anyway my hands did it all on their own. (just a weeny bit jealous). A marvelous wrapper of gifts I will show this blog post to K to give him some inspiration. LOL. Great gift inside too have a wonderful holiday. Debs X.
